Meraas is a private holding company based in Dubai. It is a subsidiary of Dubai Holding. The company was founded in 2007 (15 years on the market) and since then operates in several areas such as real estate, leisure and hotel business. The chairman of Meraas is Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum.

Since its founding, Meraas has successfully commissioned more than 80 million square feet of residential and commercial real estate in Dubai, including retail space and more than 3,500 residential units.

Meraas has quickly become one of the largest and most trusted developers in the UAE with an impressive portfolio that includes many of Dubai's key development areas such as La Mer, City Walk and Bluewaters Island.
